HAND PAINTED T-SHIRTS AND BAGS....

This bunch of t-shirts was inspired by geometric shapes, I love playing with the shapes and in different colors. Hand painting each t-shirt is fun and the whole idea behind it is to create something that is not mass produced, and is unique. In today's day and age, t-shirts are printed in huge lots and seeing the same design or variations is common. I personally love having stuff that is unique and personalised, It's "wearing your attitude".

Alongside the t-shirts, I was working on these bags, so overall this was a pretty productive week. These hand painted bags, again like the t-shirts are unique as the designs are not repeated and they all are "one of a kind".

Acrylic on canvas..

The results of a lazy Sunday afternoon. After spending the last week painting t-shirts and drawing, I suddenly had the urge to do something on canvas.  The first one was supposed to be a sunset and slowly evolved into a lazy sunday afternoon. After a smoke I still had that funny urge to paint something else and so I prepared a canvas not knowing what I was going paint. After playing around with the background for awhile she emerged.

Pointillism....

Long before I knew what this form of art was called i was doing it without realizing. Somewhere along the way I found out it was called Pointillism, yet, what started me on this, was the fascination of how this universe is made up of infinite tiny particles. Back in school I loved the lessons on atoms and molecules and would try and imagine everything around me in particles. Some of these pieces take ten or twelve hours and consist of thousands of dots, but the sense of satisfaction and release I get, cannot be described by mere words.

Black and white abstract

Exploring all the angles, experimenting and opening new portals of release. This black and white spree that i went on was a new kick, no colors like i'm used, just a pen and paper and letting go. It started on a piece of paper and I just enjoyed it so much that I moved it on to T-shirts. Pretty cool I think.

Smoke a joint and let yourself go, free flow, soul release, mind over matter.
Woven into the fabric of this cosmos sublime, options infinite....
open the doors of Perception,
and lose yourself in the arms of infinity.......
